Northport Evangelical Covenant Church supports 3 full time missionaries through ECCA. Our church has an impact in Camaroon, through Paul & Sheryl Noren, in Haiti through Karina and Even Paul, and in Mexico through Karl and Sue Peterson. Our financial contributions are reaching people for Christ and supporting the discipleship of believers worldwide.

NECC has been involved in supporting Kids First Uganda for a number of years through their child sponsorship program. Recently, Vicky, the young lady we were supporting, graduated and is now attending college. We are now sponsoring Reagan Lujia. Reagan is soft spoken living in absolute poverty with his mum after the father abandoned them for another wife, Reagan loves soccer, and he says being in our soccer project has brought him much joy because it helps him to forget all his family problems.

Northport Evangelical Covenant Church supports an outreach in Haiti Called "Anchor of Hope." One of our members travels regularly to work on mission projects there and our regular financial giving helps provide basic education and regular meals to the poorest neighborhoods and sheds the light of Christ's love in a consistent and live-sustaining manner

Portage Lake Bible Camp: We support and take part in the programs of Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camp, located in Onekama, Michigan. This beautiful camp maintains a full schedule of kids’ camps through the summer, and week-long camps, weekend retreats, and other special events for families, churches, and groups year-round. Northport Evangelical Covenant Church sponsors any child who wants to go and have a great Bible Camp Experience

Upper Peninsula Bible Camp exists to introduce people to Jesus Christ and to encourage them to grow more like Him through camping, outdoor experiences, and local outreach. Located in Little Lake, MI, UPBC offers family camps, youth camps, and service weeks during the summer. It hosts retreats and has facilities for group rentals throughout the year. Northport Evangelical Covenant Church supports Upper Peninsula Bible Camp through financial gifts, and member participation.

Each year the church comes together to support Thrive Medical Clinic through the Baby Bottle Boomerang project. Thrive Medical Clinic exists to support women and men facing unplanned pregnancy with resources they need to THRIVE.

We support Central Detroit Christian Church, which proclaims the gospel and meets many human needs in the inner city of Detroit.

Leelanau Christian Neighbors is an important ministry in our local community. They focus on food distribution and affordable housing for those in our community without resources. Our regular financial giving, as well as the several volunteers from our church help LCN to meet its worthy mission goals.

NECC supports Mike & Laurel Riley, and Sean & Kara Riley with Cru and their work in Suttons Bay to fulfill the Great Commission in the power of the Holy Spirit by winning people to faith in Jesus Christ, building them in their faith, and sending them to win and build others. Cru is committed to go where students are, rather than making them come to us. They establish small communities of students on or near the local High School and Middle School campus where students can be themselves, develop genuine relationships, and grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

YFC is a movement that reaches young people everywhere with the hope of Christ. They work with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement. Northport Evangelical Covenant Church has committed to support the local ministry of Youth for Christ throughout Leelanau County.
